How does cashback work?
Shop your creators' links on Sando earns them and Sando a commission. We use a piece of this commission to give to you as cashback rewards!
How long does it take to redeem my rewards?
Sando pays out cashback every quarter! Accrued rewards are redeemable on Jan 1st, April 1st, July 1st and October 1st.
Do I need to create a Sando account?
Yes, you need to create a Sando account to earn rewards. Without an account you can still shop links, but your rewards will not be tracked or paid out.
What if I dont use a creator's link from Sando?
We will not be able to verify the purchase and your cashback cannot be paid out. All cashback purchases must be made from a Sando link.
Do different creators have different cashback amounts?
No, cashback varies by brand, but not by creators! All creators should have the same cashback amount from the same brands. So you can still shop with the influencers you follow and know you're getting the best deal!

Do my rewards expire?
Nope, your Sando cashback balance does not expire.
How is my cashback paid out?
Your available and pending cashback balances are visible from your Sando account. You can redeem your available balance anytime with direct cash payouts through PayPal or Venmo, prepaid Visa and Mastercard, Charity donations, and dozens of brand gift card options.
Can I transfer my rewards?
No, your rewards are non-transferable.
How do I know if my purchase was tracked?
You can see all of your tracked purchases and pending rewards in your Sando account under Order History.
