How are cashback rates set for creators?
Each creator will have the same cashback rate to offer. This ensures a creators' followers will shop their links and not abandon them for another creator with a higher cashback rate from the same brand.
Can brands offer exclusive deals or discounts to specific creators?
Yes, you can create exclusive deals for specific creators but cashback incentives must remain equal across creators.
Can I adjust my cashback offer after going live?
Yes, you can adjust your cashback offer allowing you to take advantage of seasonality, big promotions or any other need.
Do I have to participate in cashback?
Yes, the sando network is the only network shoppers can earn cashback from their creators' links.
How does the platform track sales and commissions?
Sales made through creator links are tracked via unique referral codes or links. You'll have access to a brand dashboard where you can monitor the performance of your products, track sales, and view commissions paid out to creators.
How do cashback rewards work for customers?
When followers shop through a creator's store, they earn a percentage of cashback from their purchase, which is determined by you as the brand. The cashback amount is processed once the sale is confirmed and becomes redeemable for the customer.
Can I collaborate with specific creators?
Yes, you can choose to collaborate with particular creators who align with your brand values and audience. You can also offer special deals or campaigns to drive more targeted promotions with select creators.
Is there a limit to how many creators can promote my brand?
No, there's no limit. Your brand can be featured in multiple creator storefronts, increasing exposure and opportunities for sales.
How do I manage and update my products on the platform?
You'll have full control over your product listings. You can update product details, add new items, or remove products from the platform anytime via your brand dashboard. You will also be able to directly import products through any Google Merchant Center compatible product feeds, or through direct file import in the platform.
Can I run special campaigns or promotions through creators?
Yes, you can collaborate with creators on special campaigns or promotions. These campaigns can involve higher commissions, exclusive discounts, or limited-time offers to boost visibility and sales during specific periods.
How do brands get paid, and when do we invoice for commissions?
Brands receive payment from customer purchases as usual. You'll be able to specify a hold period for commissions to ensure that sales are confirmed (and verified) before commissions and cashback are collected. We invoice for confirmed commissions on a weekly rolling basis.
How does order verification work?
As we track conversions through our tracking pixel and API, you can at any point during the conversion hold period verify orders manually through the brand dashboard, by importing order data via file upload, or by integrating with our API. This allows you to ensure that only valid orders are paid out. Rejected conversions will not be charged to you. Any conversions that are unverified past the hold period will be automatically marked as confirmed.
